The camaraderie that is especially prevalent within TeamGym. The feeling of flying. The breakthrough moment when a skill finally clicks.

What’s the hardest thing about gymnastics?

Failing over and over again, and understanding that it is necessary to improve.

Memories

My first TeamGym competition in 2010. It was only a fairly small competition at Bracknell but it was my first taste of what TeamGym is really like. I was instantly hooked.

My team going clean at the 2018 European championships on all apparatus. We knew we weren't in with a chance of a medal, but we put on the performance of ours lives.
