What age did you start gymnastics?

Age 7. My parents needed me to burn some energy, Gymnastics or Rugby was the choice and I started getting good at one of them.

What do you enjoy about gymnastics?

There's no limit on how far you can take it, there's always something more.

What’s the hardest thing about gymnastics?

Physical preparation for sure, my mind has always been miles ahead of my body.

CONNOR’S ADVICE

Don't listen to people who say you can't do something, and want it more than anyone else.

MEMORIES

Winning the European championships 2022 in Luxembourg. 14 years after my first Europeans and it had been the goal since then.

Faceoff 2019, being able to go to an invite only competition where the best of the best get to show their biggest skills was a huge deal.
