Chris is currently the National Development Coach for TeamGym. He has also been a team coach at the 2014 European Championships (Iceland), Unit Leader for the 2016 Europeans (Slovenia) and for the 2018 Europeans (Portugal). Chris was also Team Leader for the 2021 Europeans (Portugal) and part of the coaching team for European Junior Champions (2021) and Senior silver medalists (2021).

At Bracknell Gymnastics Club, Chris is the TeamGym Performance Manager and oversees all competitive gymnasts and teams.
